Mompush offers lifetime warranty on all strollers. To be eligible for the lifetime warranty, all you have to do is register your Mompush stroller on mompush.com within six months of purchase and keep your original proof of purchase, including a purchase date. By registering your Mompush stroller, you explicitly agree to the terms of the lifetime warranty forth herein. Please note that this lifetime warranty is only valid for the original owner and is not transferable. We cover all material and manufacturing faults of the Mompush stroller. To ensure that your warranty is valid, the use of your stroller must be in accordance with our user manual and instruction videos.

Our warranties cover the original purchaser for any issues that arise due to manufacturing defects. They do not cover issues arising from misuse or from normal wear and tear (such as stains, scratches, and other forms of cosmetic damage). For Mompush strollers we warrant that our frames are free of manufacturer defects for the lifetime of the product. Manufacturer’s defects include but are not limited to the breakage of welds and frame tube damage. Textile or soft side materials and all other components, excluding tires and tubes, shall be warranted for one year from the date of purchase.

In the unlikely event of a safety alert or recall, we would notify you based on the contact and product information you provided on the Register Product page. We encourage all our customers to register their stroller just in case.

The Ultimate2, Meteor2 and Wiz are compatible with the following car seat models, when using our Car Seat Adapter:

- Maxi-Cosi AP, XP, Mico (30, Max 30, Max Plus)

- Nuna (Pipa, Pipa Lite, Lite LX, Lite RX, and RX)

*Please notice the car seat adapter is included in the Ultiamte2 and Meteor2 stroller package. For Wiz, the car seat adapter is sold separately.

Like everything we do, our product materials are selected with safety, functionality, and durability in mind. Our stroller frame is built with anodized aluminum to support a smooth and secure ride. Our handlebar features a leatherette grip and contains no animal by-products (which is true of all Mompush products). Our seat and basket are made of polyester with organic cotton approved by OEKO-TEX® stands.

We meet (and often exceed) the highest governmental regulations set by the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) and ASTM International, most recently the ASTM F833-15 standard. Additionally, we submit all of our fabrics and materials to testing for harmful substances such as lead, phthalates, mercury, and cadmium.

Our stroller materials are purposefully resistant to spills and stains, and should effortlessly wipe clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent if needed. All removable polyester material can be quickly removed and thrown in the washing machine again and again.

In line with expert advice, we recommend bassinets for babies under 6 months old. They should remain in the bassinet until they can sit up and support their head and neck unaided (around 6 months). If their neck muscles aren't strong enough, the risk of them sitting in the seat is that their head may fall forwards when they get tired and block their airways. It’s for the same reason why you’ll find time usage limits stated on all car seats due to their curved seat (not flat like a bassinet).

Our Ultimate2 bassinets are not tested for overnight safe sleeping practices and we recommend you monitor your little oneregularly while napping in their pram. There are currently no Safety Standardsfor bassinet safe sleeping in US. Some companies will state compliance with aninternational standard however we have been advised by industry experts that they would never approve a pram bassinet as a safe sleeping environment whichis why we continue to encourage regular monitoring. Pram bassinets are much narrower than sleeping bassinets and even with mesh sides that are breathable, when a baby's nose presses up against the mesh it can block their nose causing suffocationrisk (note: babies breathe almost exclusively through their noses until at least 4 months of age).

An EVA tire is a light weight material which is rubber like in softness and flexibility. The weight percent of the vinylacetate material varies, and EVA is used for everything from hot glue gun sticks, to boxing helmets, and as an alternative to an inner tube on tyres for strollers, golf buggies, and bikes. This wheel is available on our Ultimate2, Meteor2 and Wiz strollers, which helps to make these strollers lightweight, agile and compact when folded.

Mompush offers a convenient accessory called the Glider Board. The Glider Board attaches to the rear axle on Ultimate stroller only and provides an area for an older child to ride along. Buggy Boards made by other manufacturers are not recommended for use with Mompush strollers.

This is mainly due to movement in the joints that allow you to fold your pram. So actually all prams have a slight wobble and movement to them - this is completely normal.

They are all full size standard stroller. However, the Ultimate2 and Meteor2 provides additional performance and ease of use features

Our strollers are manufactured in China under strict quality control measures.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 60 days of the original purchase date to receive a full refund. If you would like to return the product, please keep in mind that the product must be unused and returned in the state you received it, preferably in the original packaging. Of course the product can be taken out of the packaging to see if it is according to your expectation. If the product is damaged when trying the product, there is a chance that you won't get the full refund. You will have to return the product(s) to us at your own cost.

The product must not be used and must be returned in the state you received it (no damage, scratches, with original labels, using instructions, guarantee leaflets and other hangtags and wrappings) preferably to be returned in the original packaging to prevent damage while in transit. 

We will take into consideration that you might have already taken the product out of the box. We understand you want to check if it meets your expectations. However, if any damage to the product is observed upon return, please note that Mompush reserves the right not to pay the full refund.

Unfortunately, we don't have a process in place to support product exchanges yet. 

Did you change your mind, or would you like the same product, but in a different color or with different compatibility features? You can return the product to us within 60 days from the purchase date and follow our standard Returns process. 

Replacement part orders placed cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. All replacement parts are final sale.

The refund process will start once we have received the return product(s) at our facilities. All returns will be refunded back to the original form of payment. Please allow Mompush 3-5 business days to process the return and an additional 3-7 business days to have it reflected on your account, depending on the financial institution. (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.)

At this time, Mompush only ships directly to US addresses within the 50 states. Mompush is unable to ship to international addresses.

All in stock orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days. We deliver via UPS or FedEx Ground and you can check delivery time estimates on their website. After your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will be sent a tracking number via email so you can track its progress.

We're happy to offer free shipping on every Mompush order, no matter how big or small.

After your order is placed, it takes 1-2 business days for us to process it at our warehouse. Once shipped, it typically takes 3-7 business days for your order to reach your doorstep (5-9 business days for Alaska and Hawaii). We use a shipping facility in California, so your timing within that window will be based on your proximity to the West Coast. Your order may be shipped in multiple parcels, and you’ll automatically receive all tracking numbers as soon as they're assigned.
